Non
Received Item: If you
have failed to receive your item well after the expected
shipping date it is important that you contact us asap.
We do cover all lost items during shipping but we must
contact the carrier in order to track the package or
get reimbursed for the lost product.
Item
Arrives Broken: If your
order arrives and the item/items is broken please contact
us asap. We will have to contact the shipping company
in order to re inverse us for the broken product.
Opened
Broken Product: If you
have a product that you have opened and played with
and broken etc. It is
NOT available for return. However since
we understand that these kinds of things do happen in
the hobby of airsoft we do offer our customers an alternative
that really separates ourselves from the pack. Customers
can sell there used, damaged, refurbished airsoft products
on our site. Please see the section sell

New
Unopened Product: If
you have a unopened new product it DOES
in fact qualify for a refund or exchange. However we
DO NOT refund
shipping and handling charges. There is also a 15% restocking
fee for these refunds and exchanges.
We
Ship The Wrong Item/Items: If
we ship out the wrong item that you ordered we will
exchange the item free of charge. However the item must
not be taken out of the original packing or it will
void the return.

Guns & Parts: All
Used guns and parts are non-refundable and all sales
